We’ve put together some of the most commonly asked questions we receive below. If you don’t see what you’re looking for or still need further information, please get in touch and we’ll make sure to get you an answer as soon as possible.

How do I track my order?
Tracking will be automatically updated to your order status online which you will be able to access via email once your order has been dispatched. This includes all orders (UK and international). 
What are your delivery options?

UK

Royal Mail 2nd Class signed and tracked: Delivery to the UK mainland (excluding Highlands) will take between 2-3 working days from when the order is placed and will cost £4.20 (Maximum weight of product up to 750g).

Royal Mail 1st Class signed and tracked: Delivery to the UK mainland (excluding Highlands) will take between 1-2 working days from when the order is placed and will cost £4.85 (Maximum weight of product up to 750g).

Royal Mail Special Delivery guaranteed by 1 pm: Next Day Delivery to the UK mainland (excluding Highlands) will arrive the day after your purchase and will cost £9.95 (Maximum weight of product up to 1kg).

 

Please ensure orders must be placed by 2 pm to ensure next day delivery can be honoured.

Do you provide International delivery?
Yes we do provide international delivery. rates are applied based on Royal Mail and will be automatically based on location/ country of delivery.

How do I cancel my items?

CANCELLATIONS 

Unfortunately, we currently do NOT offer cancellations once an order is placed. All orders are placed with your consent, therefore, we advise you to read all product descriptions, size charts as well as see all the pictures carefully before placing an order.

PRE ORDERS: We cannot cancel pre-orders if you change your mind later. This is because a pre-order is paid in advance and we order those specific quantities to be made. Once we receive a pre-order, that certain product is ordered especially for you which is why we do not accept cancellations. 

What is your returns policy?

We understand that customers may not always receive a product as expected or change their mind after purchasing an item. However, unfortunately, we DO NOT offer refunds/exchange at the moment unless you receive a faulty item with defects. Please take note that this is at our discretion and we reserve the right to refuse a faulty product back if we believe it is reasonable to do so.

Faulty items

Upon receiving a faulty item (ONLY for a fault that was not specified prior to purchase) please contact us within 24 hours. 

Please read all details of fabric & sizes carefully before ordering to avoid disappointment as we want to provide our customers with a positive experience ensuring 100% satisfaction.

All our items are subject to availability.

 

Design, size and colours may vary slightly. Please take note that colours on camera may seem different in real life, we do not bear responsibility in any such circumstance.

All our products come straight from the manufacturer/factory, therefore, it is advised you dry clean your suits before you wear them.

  • Do not use any type of Bleach or Stain removing chemicals.

  • Do not keep wet fabrics in twist form in order to avoid copy marks.

  • Do not dry fabrics in direct sunlight.

  • Iron clothes at moderate temperature.

Dry cleaning is recommended on ALL products.

 

Please Note: We are not liable for any damages caused by washing using another method.

RESPONSIBILITY & ACCOUNTABILITY

If you intend to return a purchase that is faulty, you do have a statutory duty to take reasonable care of our goods. Such goods remain your responsibility until they reach us in the same condition to when you received them

All returns will be inspected upon being received, please refrain from damaging the goods during the inspection or whilst trying them on for size, including the original packaging and labels/tags.

 

Buyer pays return postage. If a refund is issued for faulty products, the refund will only be issued to the credit/debit card that was used as the original mode of payment

We do not accept liability for any goods which do not reach us. We, therefore, advise that any goods which are returned are done so using a recorded delivery service and proof of postage is retained. We reserve the right to refuse a return or exchange in the event of damage being caused to our goods.

It is your responsibility to ensure you're aware of our returns policy and we will not take any liability or offer any flexibility for noncompliance with this policy.
